Juniper Publishers-Open Access Journal of Environmental Sciences & Natural Resources Will Climate Change Cause Hurricanes Like Maria to Become More Common? Authored by Ronald T Richards Abstract Hurricane Maria, a category 4 storm devastated Puerto Rico on 20 September 2018. For most people, the power blackout lasted three or more months.
