The study was performed with 260 respondents of Jimma City residents. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire. Majority of the respondents 166 (63.85%) in the study areas were used municipal solid waste management service rendered by Jimma city municipality. Out of these 124(74.7%) of clients were unsatisfied with the service.
